Experienced Mechanical Services Project Leader Wanted

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from contract award to handover. This role will involve working closely with project stakeholders, including client design teams, main contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- Manage and coordinate all phases of the mechanical services project delivery cycle from pre-construction and planning through to testing and commissioning.
- Attend site on a regular basis to ensure quality, safety, and procurement issues are within project targets.
- Ensure financial aspects of projects are managed on an ongoing basis.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree qualification in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a contracting environment.
- Excellent leadership skills to motivate and direct a team.
- Good IT and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
