Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabrication and installation teams on-site and in-house.
  • Hands-On Approach: Actively participate in tasks, including fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance.
  • Technical Expertise: Read and interpret technical drawings to guide project execution.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to monitor progress, address issues, and align with project requirements.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and team cohesion.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and ensure satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Working Foreman, Supervisor, or similar role in steel fabrication or construction.
  • Hands-on expertise in steel fabrication and installation processes, including knowledge of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
