Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to clients on corporate tax, personal tax, VAT, and inheritance tax matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations across multiple tax disciplines, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

You will lead and manage client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality tax services while exceeding client expectations. You will also identify tax planning opportunities to help clients optimize their tax position and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients on corporate tax, personal tax, VAT, and inheritance tax matters.
  • Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality tax services while exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities to help clients optimize their tax position and mitigate risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, proactively advising clients on their implications and opportunities.
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven experience in a senior tax role within a small practice or professional services firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations across multiple tax disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team.
