Job Description">

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include supervising the breakfast operation, ensuring high standards of presentation and customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

You will also be responsible for leading and developing your team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a team leader/supervisor in a busy 4-star environment is essential.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively lead and motivate the team, as well as provide a warm and welcoming service to our guests.">
  • Flexibility with regards to hours of work and willingness to work under pressure is also required.">
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.">
