Senior Leadership Position in IT ManagementThis role is a key leadership position that oversees the entire IT function, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and adherence to industry best practices.
- Lead a team of IT professionals in delivering high-quality services that meet organizational requirements.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to inform strategic technology decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Develop solutions that address departmental technology needs, ensuring effective integration and minimal disruption.
- Oversee the rollout of new technologies, providing guidance to internal IT teams and external partners.
- Own the integration and reliability of critical systems, including websites, ERPs, and WMS platforms.
- Maintain a secure, dependable, and fully operational IT environment through proactive management and vendor relationship building.
- Establish and uphold governance standards for IT services and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define and execute the IT strategy in support of the organization's mission and objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and SLAs to optimize spend and ensure delivery of agreed targets and standards.
- Create and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for IT systems and frameworks, adhering to best practice.
- Hold overall accountability for IT Security and Disaster Recovery, ensuring the organization's data and infrastructure are protected.
- Develop and control the IT budget, prioritizing spend according to organizational objectives and driving value creation.
- Proven background in IT leadership with 7+ years of experience, covering strong Infrastructure, Network, and Applications Support.
- Demonstrated ability to derive value from ERP systems in warehousing/manufacturing, using reporting tools to present insights for decision-making.
- Solid project management capability and experience applying structured project management frameworks.
- Strong understanding of business processes with a track record of using technology to drive efficiency.
- Excellent vendor and relationship management skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Broad functional and technical knowledge of IT systems and technology trends, with awareness of the risks and opportunities they create for the business.
- Wide familiarity with ICT systems, applications, and operating systems.
- Awareness of Data Protection legislation and its implications for ICT.
