Job Title:

Pre-Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to manage the development of building services designs, engage with design consultants and specialists, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial aspects of building engineering services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a dedicated team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development of building services designs, engaging with design consultants and specialists, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
