Supply Chain Innovation Specialist

We're seeking a talented graduate to join our team as a Supply Chain Automation Developer.

This 23-month graduate program is designed to prepare you for tackling complex supply chain challenges. You'll work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop and deploy software solutions that use automation, optimization and machine learning to improve supply chain processes.

  • Collaborate with experts to identify key areas for improvement in global supply chain management.
  • Develop scalable systems for data integration, reporting and visualization.
  • Analyze and model data to uncover actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and tools, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that make a real impact.

About the Role

As a Graduate Supply Chain Automation Developer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing and deploying software solutions that use automation, optimization and machine learning to improve supply chain processes.
  • Analyzing and modeling data to uncover actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Built scalable systems for supply chain data integration, reporting and visualization.
  • Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve tools and models to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A BSc (Hons), M.Sc or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field, completing in 2023 or later.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R or similar languages.
  • Experience in developing machine learning models or optimization algorithms.
  • Understanding of data processing pipelines, ETL processes and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
