- Significant experience in a senior engineering leadership role within manufacturing or production.
- Relevant engineering accreditation or equivalent professional qualification.
- A proven track record of delivering complex programmes to time and quality.
- Broad technical understanding across operations.
- Skilled in leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
