Key Role: Global Process Owner, Supply Chain

We are seeking a skilled professional to act as a gatekeeper for SAP Processes related to Plan To Supply (PTS), covering Master Data, Procurement and Inventory Management.

This role will involve working closely with SAP end users across various locations, including Commercial Affiliates, Supply Hubs, Internal Manufacturing Plants and Global Supply Chain Functions.

The successful candidate will support the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA according to program timelines, collaborating with SAP team, other IT teams, GMPLs, BPOs and SMEs.

Responsibilities will include supporting activities related to Solution Design, System Configuration, Data Migration, Testing, Training and Go-Live support.

This role will also involve implementing incremental improvements, testing capability enhancements and new capabilities in Quality environment and Quality system.

In addition, the candidate will support the implementation into Production environment, ensuring that changes perform as expected.

A key aspect of this role will be developing detailed knowledge and expertise in SAP functionality, master data and reporting related to PTS processes.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will support the roll-out of metrics (KPIs) and reporting supporting Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

The role will also involve developing and refining end user training content; rolling out training to end users.

Additionally, this role will require facilitating SAP PTS Community of Practice to enable knowledge sharing between SAP end users.

Lastly, the candidate will support continuous improvement of PTS processes and ways of working based on end-user feedback and business requirements.
