Job Title: Floating Trainee Pharmacy Technician

We are looking for an enthusiastic and team-oriented professional to join our dispensary team. As a Floating Trainee Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing prescriptions, and maintaining a high standard of stock control.

This is a full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with experienced professionals who will support your learning and development journey. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a great customer experience and be part of a collaborative working environment built on compassion, trust, and respect.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a helpful and courteous manner. They will also be willing to work as part of a team, be flexible, and adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities:
  • Dispensing and preparing prescriptions
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining efficient stock control and ordering
  • Ensuring prescription accuracy and completion of necessary paperwork
  • Providing experience to drive OTC sales
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dispensary environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous OTC sales experience (not essential)
  • In-depth product knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills
  • A helpful and courteous manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible
  • Fluency in English
