SAP SuccessFactors Analyst Role

Seeking an analytical professional to optimize HR processes and enhance the performance of SAP SuccessFactors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules for Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation.
  • Maintain system stability, troubleshoot user issues, ensure data integrity, and optimize configurations for daily use.
  • Support integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, facilitating seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align system functions with strategic goals and contribute to cross-functional projects.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements, stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, and participate in testing during release cycles.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, user support, and troubleshooting.
  • Experienced with HRIS integration tools and data flows, ensuring efficient processing and analysis.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills, effective in working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of time and attendance and SAP payroll is an asset, supporting comprehensive HR management.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors implementation is preferred, with exposure to S/4HANA being a plus but not required.
