Baker's Assistant Job

Our bakery is looking for a skilled Baker's Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of breads, pastries, and other products.

  • Assist in preparing ingredients according to recipes.
  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Support stock control and ordering.
  • Follow food safety procedures at all times.
  • Assist with packaging and labeling baked goods.
About This Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and is willing to learn and develop their skills. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced bakers and contribute to producing high-quality baked goods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bakery or related industry is an advantage but not essential. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
