Information Security Leadership Opportunities

We seek an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join our organization. This leadership role is responsible for driving security through effective leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with experience in leading large-scale security initiatives. They will be able to develop and implement global cyber security strategies aligned to key risk and business needs.

  • Serve as key Security contact for regional leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with Global Cyber Security and assigned business partner teams to ensure business alignment with security policies.
  • Motivate and manage a team of information security staff supporting organizational goals.
  • Cultivate and build collaborative working relationships with enterprise stakeholders.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing. Strong project management skills and experience operating in a regulated environment are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

This leader will champion the Information Security mandate from the Global CISO and guide stakeholders to embed information risk management practices. The candidate must be able to present to multiple audiences, including external customers and clients.

  • KPI development demonstrating success within the Region's security program.
  • Adherence to all regulatory compliance mandates throughout the Business Unit.
  • Security transformation of Business Unit staff improving overall security.
