Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
  • Proficiency in relevant laboratory information systems and technology
  • Professional certification (e.g., ASCP, AMT) is a plus
  • CORU Registration is required.
  • Possess at least 7 years full time clinical experience as a Medical Scientist in a clinical diagnostic laboratory, 2 years of which were spent in a promotional post (e.g., Medical Scientist, Senior or Medical Scientist, Specialist).
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
  • Supervisory or management experience in a clinical laboratory setting
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory operations and quality assurance
