We are currently seeking a skilled Psychotherapist to join our team on a sessional basis, working 15 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality mental health services across the organization.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assessing complex caseloads and developing tailored intervention plans.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Providing evidence-based interventions that promote individual growth and development.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements.
  • Participating in research, service audits, and evaluations to inform practice and improve outcomes.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a recognized qualification in Counselling and/or Psychotherapy (Level 8 or higher on the NQAI framework) and be a fully accredited Psychotherapist with a professional accrediting body.

A minimum of two years' post-qualifying experience working with clients is required, along with experience in assessing complex caseloads and maintaining professional boundaries.

The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
