Long Term Contract Position Overview

This contract role is responsible for all activities required to support project scoping, commissioning, qualification, validation and start-up operations within the API manufacturing site.

  • Deliver Engineering projects on time, on budget & in accordance with all project & business Safety & Quality goals.
  • Scope new Engineering projects and secure approval
  • Lead, support and participate in commissioning and qualification activities both current and future projects.
  • Update and influence management and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate specialist trades and specialist departments.
  • Coordinate project interfaces with other projects and departments.
  • Coordinate project documentation.
  • Estimate costs (creation, tracking, updating, auditing vs actual Costs, forecasting)
  • Schedule projects (creation, tracking, updating, review vs current state, forecasting)
  • Report project progress and manage Risk.
  • Conduct Constructability- and Maintainability-/Operability-studies
  • Manage project resources.
  • Check the condition of systems (structural, E&I as well as safety, permitting and documentation).
  • Organize and coordinate project meetings and appointments.
  • Provide project related training as required.
  • Complete projects in accordance with Change Management Procedures.
  • Review project performance retrospectively versus project goals and lessons learned.
  • Participate in and lead Cross-Functional teams as necessary.
