Service Installation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Installation Professional to join our team. As a field-based employee, you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of Door and Docking Equipment. You will also respond to customer call-out service requests, perform scheduled preventative maintenance service visits, and make service recommendations following these visits.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Electrical or Mechanical qualification, excellent customer communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will also require computer experience for recording work completed on our service system and hold a full clean driving license. Forklift truck driving and Safe Pass qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
