  3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective care delivery and communicate effectively with clients and families
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of two years post-qualification experience in general nursing
  • Proven experience in community nursing, including assessments, care planning, and evaluations
  • Strong skills in wound care (compression bandaging), medication management, and female urinary catheterization
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
