  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Providing level 2 & 3 support for client incidents and troubleshooting network performance
  3. Configuring equipment and supporting field deployments for new solutions
  4. Monitoring and reacting to client network issues within the NOC
  5. Conducting risk assessments, preventive maintenance, and creating network documentation
  6. Championing technology changes and driving innovation in service offerings

Essential Experience & Skills:

  1. 5+ years of telecom experience in utility services
  2. Proficiency with Ethernet switches, routers, firewalls, and OTA devices
  3. Strong leadership skills in setting technical standards and resolving issues
  4. Experience with LAN/WAN design, VPN configuration, and firewall management
  5. Expertise in incident/change management systems and network resilience
  6. Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills
