Revit Technician MEP Specialist

We seek an experienced Revit MEP professional to work on diverse projects across the hospitality, residential, education, and healthcare sectors.

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, utilizing expertise in Revit and AutoCAD to produce high-quality 3D models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop 3D MEP models using Revit software.
  • Carry out clash detection, prepare reports, and propose solutions for complex design issues.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and wider design teams.
  • Coordinate BIM models for project integration.
  • Provide expert input at design meetings and workshops.
Requirements:
  • At least three years' experience working with Revit MEP or equivalent BIM software.
  • Relevant qualification at NFQ Level 6 or higher.
  • Autodesk Revit certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
