About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Director to lead our technology team and drive digital transformation within our organization.

As IT Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT strategy, ensuring the security of our information systems, and overseeing the management of our IT suppliers and partners.

You will work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance our operational efficiency and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our IT strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Ensure the security of our information systems, including data protection and cybersecurity measures.
  • Manage our IT suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new IT solutions, including cloud-based technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve business processes and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Director or similar managerial role.
  • Excellent knowledge of infrastructure, security, and ERP systems.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
