Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled support engineer with a passion for working with cutting-edge technology and delivering exceptional support to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support to end-users resolving hardware and software issues ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Provide timely professional assistance to end-users resolving hardware and software problems including desktops laptops printers and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues escalating them when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Assist with user account setup password resets and permissions management in Active Directory and other systems.
  • Record track and document service desk requests including all actions taken until resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk team adopting a One Team approach to deliver seamless support to clients.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • A strong background in IT preferably with a degree.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer support.
  • Industry certifications such as Azure Office365 A+ and Network+ would be an asset.
  • A deep understanding of Microsoft Azure Office365 and Windows Server as well as the ITIL framework.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support clients remotely effectively.
