About the Job:

  • As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing site safety, QA, and day-to-day operations.
  • You will oversee sub-contractor activities, track progress against schedule, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • This is a permanent position offering a competitive package and opportunities for professional growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Site Safety Management: Ensure site safety protocols are followed, manage safety files, and conduct regular inspections.
  2. Quality Assurance (QA): Implement and maintain QA procedures, manage QA files, and collaborate with the Mechanical Package Manager.
  3. Schedule Management: Collaborate with other trades, Package Leads, consulting Engineers, and Clients to manage project schedules.
  4. Cost Management: Oversee costs associated with your package, including Company Mechanical Team, sub-contractors, material deliveries, plant, equipment, variations, and valuations.
  5. Sub-contractor Management: Manage sub-contractor activities, track progress, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor/Foreman on large industrial projects.
  • Ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience as a supervisor with a recognized M&E contractor in the Irish, UK, and European markets.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, biogen, industrial, semiconductor, clean room, labs, hospitals, data centers, etc., sectors.
