Senior Electrical Project Manager

About the Company:

We are a reputable Electrical and Instrumentation Contractor rapidly expanding throughout Ireland.

We deliver diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland as a multi-disciplined engineering contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead and manage the direct labour workforce on site, overseeing health & safety in conjunction with the EHS Officer.

You will monitor electrical installations and installations of packages to ensure they are delivered to drawings, specifications, and regulations.

You will coordinate subcontractor works to ensure progress, quality, and integration with the programme.

You will track daily progress against the project schedule and report to the Project Manager.

You will manage labour, materials, and site deliveries to maintain momentum.

You will drive quality—snagging, resolving issues, and closing out to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

You will liaise with clients to resolve queries quickly and effectively.

You will oversee testing, verification, and certification before handover.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess an Electrical Craft Certificate (trade qualification).

He or she will have 5+ years' experience as a Foreman on healthcare and industrial projects.

Proven experience managing a direct labour workforce on live construction sites is essential.

A strong track record of overseeing electrical installations is also required.

Experience coordinating subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets is necessary.

Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and project delivery requirements is expected.

Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certifications are mandatory.

A full, clean driving licence is also required.

Finally, the successful candidate must be detail-driven, with a strong focus on safety, progress, and quality.
