Join Our Corporate Finance Graduate Programme

We are seeking talented graduates to join our Corporate Finance team as part of a 3.5-year graduate programme in Dublin. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful work in our Corporate Finance practice, working towards your associate chartered accountant (ACA) qualifications.

This graduate programme is designed for current undergraduate students or master's students at university from any degree discipline who are looking to start their career in finance. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in financial analysis, financial planning, and corporate finance.

As a member of our Corporate Finance team, you will be working with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including corporate, financial, and government sectors. You will have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile transactions and projects, gaining valuable experience and developing your professional skills.

The programme includes comprehensive training and development opportunities, including mentorship through our Performance Manager & Buddy programme, connect to your local community through our Corporate Citizenship activities, coverage of ACA exam fees, early finish on Fridays in June, July & August, subsidised staff restaurant, 23 holidays per year, sport & wellbeing initiatives, free Digital Doctor, pension scheme, and more.

Successful candidates will be required to have strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated initiative and/or university involvement, and minimum 2.1 current university results.
