High-End Finisher Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing premium-quality finishes on bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and architectural joinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finish high-end joinery products including cabinetry, furniture, and panels.
  • Apply a wide range of finishes: primers, sealers, lacquers, stains, paints, and high-gloss.
  • Operate spray guns, compressors, and associated equipment with precision.
  • Carry out sanding, filling, and surface preparation to ensure flawless results.
  • Maintain consistent quality standards across all projects.
  • Ensure work area is kept clean, safe, and compliant.
  • Collaborate with workshop and fitting teams to meet deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a finisher in joinery, furniture, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-end finishes with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in mixing, colour matching, and applying coatings.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated, reliable, and quality-driven.
