Our research team is seeking a highly motivated and talented PhD student to join our laboratory and contribute to this exciting project.
You will work closely with our experienced researchers to design and implement a research plan that addresses the complex relationships between genetics, environment, and neuropsychiatric disorders.
About the Project:
The project will involve the following tasks:
- Designing and implementing a research protocol to generate high-quality whole-genome LRS data for families affected by neuropsychiatric disorders
- Developing and optimizing bioinformatics pipelines for structural variant and copy number variant analysis
- Analyzing and interpreting the generated data to identify novel pathogenic variants associated with these conditions
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a range of different stakeholders, including clinicians, researchers, and patients, to advance our understanding of neuropsychiatric disorders.
