Key Leadership Role in Agri Sales and Logistics

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Agri Sales and Logistics Manager. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for driving sales growth and efficiently managing logistics across the feed, fertilizer, and farm requisites operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agricultural sector, particularly dairy and beef, and a proven track record in agri-sales and supply chain management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales growth across the Agri Trading product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agri-clients.
  • Oversee logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery to farmers.
  • Develop supplier partnerships and monitor market trends to optimize procurement strategies.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in Agricultural Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an agri-sales environment and/or logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong sector knowledge with a focus on dairy and beef enterprises.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
