The primary focus of this role is to lead the acceleration and delivery of early and late phase programs within the pharmaceutical portfolio.


This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.


Key responsibilities include developing and executing asset strategies, managing project budgets, and influencing business unit disease state strategy and commercialization plans.


Additionally, this role involves active participation in due diligence efforts for in-license and out-license evaluations, as well as internal asset assessments.


A successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent across diverse backgrounds and cultures.


They will also be able to anticipate and recognize problems, diagnose root causes, and take corrective/preventative action to prevent recurrence.


Strong business acumen and the ability to optimize asset value realization plans while balancing portfolio management needs are essential for success in this role.
