Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description

An esteemed business in North Kerry seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Finance department. The role involves processing supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.

This position entails reconciling supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining records for audit purposes.

The successful candidate will perform high-volume AP processing efficiently and effectively.

They will manage month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting, as well as prepare and complete supplier and creditor reconciliations.

Additionally, the candidate will conduct weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, ensure timely and accurate supplier payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements
  • Recent experience in a similar Accounts Payable role is essential.
  • Fluent English language skills are required.
  • The right to live and work in Ireland is also necessary.
