Position: Veterinary Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our veterinary hospital, providing exceptional customer service and navigating complex protocols.

  • Communicate client financial responsibilities and referral processes
  • Resolve access and financial issues, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries
  • Manage expectations, audit medical records, and advocate for clients

This role requires long periods of sitting and using computer/keyboard/mouse. The successful candidate will be a team player who can provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
