We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, working closely with the development team to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gathers, analyzes, and builds business requirements for the development team/squad
• Develops an understanding of process flows within the domain, including exception management processes
• Documents requirements consistent with Agile principles
• Verifies and validates requirements with appropriate business and technology stakeholders
• Defines the requirements management plan (requirements traceability and change control) for the project consistent with our standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years of commercial to lean agile processes and principles experience as a Business Analyst
• Customer-centric mindset
• Complex information processing and stakeholder in process and data understanding of fund accounting
