Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Analyst to join our Customer Excellence Group. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving financial performance, optimizing renewal processes, and supporting customer retention efforts.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Renewals objectives. You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, StratOps, and cross-functional teams to identify at-risk customers and develop targeted churn mitigation strategies.

Key Deliverables

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Renewals objectives.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the Renewals organization, providing accurate renewal forecasts and insights to improve customer retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, StratOps, and cross-functional teams to identify at-risk customers and develop targeted churn mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including budget vs. actual variance analysis and renewal forecasts, to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on SaaS renewals or subscription-based business models.
  • Proven track record of providing strategic financial guidance and driving operational excellence in renewals management.
  • Some experience with Sales/Planning systems, such as Dynamics, Varicent, and Anaplan.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
