Our organization seeks an experienced Counsellor to provide support and guidance to clients over the phone. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out initial clinical assessments, delivering a range of support services, and managing client caseloads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out initial clinical assessments and triage client needs, leading to appropriate clinical pathways.
  • Deliver support services via telephone and/or video calls, including booked assessment appointments, in-the-moment support, and single sessions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and follow our safeguarding and risk protocol process.
  • Manage a caseload of clients requiring structured counselling, dependent on contractual hours and service needs.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of 450+ clinical hours as an experienced practitioner.
  • Be a qualified and accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist with IACP (or similar) accreditation.
  • Work a minimum of 3 full days per week (22.5 hours), with part-time positions available on a pro rata salary basis.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and possess strong IT skills.
