Overview:

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within the commercial sector of our organisation. This position oversees all financial forecasting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A function, providing strategic financial insights to support operational decision-making
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency
  • Serve as a key advisor to the leadership group and commercial leadership team on financial matters

Requirements:

For this challenging role, we are seeking an experienced Qualified Accountant with Big 4 background, possessing extensive experience in financial management, FP&A or commercial finance. A proven track record in leading finance teams and cross-functional projects is essential.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant, preferably with Big 4 background
  • Extensive experience in financial management, FP&A or commercial finance
  • Experience in the construction or property industry or a related sector is advantageous
