Director of Nursing Leadership

We are seeking a qualified and experienced nursing leader to lead our clinical team in delivering top-tier care for residents.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure high standards of care.
  • Conduct internal audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes accordingly.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, induction, and ongoing professional development to enhance team performance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong leadership background in older person care with at least 3 years of management experience in the last 6 years.
  • A post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.
