Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to elevate engineering capabilities and lead our software development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams across application, web, mobile, platform or cloud technologies.
- Develop business cases and apply financial governance in Banking/Financial Services.
- Maintain expertise in software development languages, ideally Java/JVM or .NET.
- Design and implement Cloud Architecture principles with previous experience across AWS, OpenShift, Azure, or GCP.
- Tailor communication style/language to technical and stakeholders.
- Deliver change using Agile methodologies.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Solid experience in Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of software development languages.
- Experience in Cloud Architecture principles.
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience.
- Solid commercial mindset.
