Job Overview:

The role is ideally suited to candidates with a minimum of 15 years' experience in Civil and Environmental Engineering.

We are seeking a Principal Project Manager to join our Circular Economy team. The successful candidate will become part of a well-established and growing company, with the opportunity to expand their skills and gain experience across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading civil and environmental design teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery
  • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting the development of both senior and junior staff members
  • Preparing high-standard technical reports and tender documentation
  • Planning and managing design activities in close collaboration with Project Directors
  • Ensuring all work complies with internal quality assurance processes and relevant health and safety regulations
Key Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related discipline, with Chartered Engineer status
  • A minimum of 15 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary design teams
  • Strong experience in engaging with clients, external stakeholders, and sub-consultants
  • Proficient in developing and managing project budgets
