  • Collaborating with various teams to develop and implement efficient processes and strategies.
  • Working closely with vendor engineering teams to diagnose and resolve reported defects.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge bases to promote teamwork and efficiency.
  • Engaging in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and customer needs.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience and a BA/BS degree are highly valued.
