We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the success of our organization.

\Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide expert HR guidance and coaching.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to deliver a comprehensive strategy ensuring positive engagement with employees, strong culture awareness, and business growth.
  • Work closely with site teams and wider Ireland HR leadership to build alignment across HR departments and functions.
  • Design and drive Talent Management strategies for the site.
  • Partner with various HR teams to ensure robust service delivery at all stages of the employee life cycle.
  • Manage and deliver multiple culture and employee engagement initiatives to ensure positive employee relations.
  • Propose, develop, and execute continuous improvement projects.
\Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in HR or relevant disciplines.
  • 5+ years of dedicated strategic HR experience.
  • Collaborative and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrated Talent Management Strategies.
  • Diverse and inclusive mindset with ability to balance and drive HR and site goals locally and globally.
  • Data-driven approach to drive decisions.
