This is a challenging role for a Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and assist with a varied caseload of both pre-litigation and litigated work.
  • Supervise junior team members and provide guidance as required.
  • Support business development initiatives within the team, such as attending client events and providing training.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the firm's strategies.
  • Enhance technical knowledge through training sessions and relevant publications.
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with data security protocols.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in employers' liability, public liability, or disease claims, particularly in Northern Ireland. They should demonstrate a commercial approach to legal matters, quality service delivery, be a confident communicator, and have excellent organisational skills.

Requirements:
  • Able to work on a complex caseload including disputed liability cases.
  • Proven ability to supervise and guide junior team members.
  • Familiarity with marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the firm's procedures and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
