Corporate Lawyer Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Lawyer to fill this challenging role.

This position will involve working closely with various practice groups, including Corporate & Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions, Cross-Border Transactions & Integrations, Reorganisations, Intellectual Property, Data & Technology, Data Privacy, and Capital Markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills. They should be able to review, analyse and organise documentary and factual evidence, identify issues, anticipate consequences, and take a logical approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the firm's offices with corporate and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with partners and lawyers in all sectors/departments.
  • Contribute to identifying innovative services and methods to achieve efficiencies and process improvement.
  • Review, analyse and organise documentary and factual evidence.
  • Identify issues, anticipate consequences and take a logical approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • National Qualified lawyer with demonstrable experience of corporate law.
  • Excellent decision-making, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to review, analyse and organise documentary and factual evidence.
