Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The successful candidate will take ownership of all aspects of financial management and reporting, playing a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
2. Manage general ledger functions, reconciliations, and journal entries to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
3. Lead payment cycles and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
4. Collaborate with senior management and global finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
5. Act as primary finance liaison across international teams, managing banking relationships and overseeing cash flow.
6. Support audit processes (internal & external) and drive continuous improvement in financial controls and reporting processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA) with 3+ years experience in a financial accounting role, ideally within a multinational or high-growth setting.
2. Strong technical knowledge of Irish accounting and tax laws, familiarity with international operations or multi-entity structures.
3. Proficient in financial systems (SAP and/or Power BI desirable). Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.
4. Attributes for success: High attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, solutions-driven approach, strong organisational and time-management skills, able to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
