Warehouse Support Role

 

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the warehouse meet health and safety standards.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate checking of all incoming stock for shortages and damage, and record where necessary.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and make regular checks to ensure only invoiced goods leave the building.
  • Accurately perform daily PI counts in a timely manner.
  • Minimize the risk of damage while handling or delivering stock.
  • Respond promptly to requests from branch operations within specified times.
  • Check all returns entering the branch, verifying that parts returned reflect what is on collection notes, and ensure all goods are new (with exceptions for old core, warranty, and damaged items).
  • Return cleansed stock, damaged goods, and old core to T2 on time, in a condition to minimize risk of stock loss to the branch.
  • Report missing stock instances to managers in charge.
  • Assist with additional duties to maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
  • Perform any reasonable request as directed by managers.
