- Provide high-quality care to patients aligned with clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with the nursing team and contribute to daily care planning and decision-making.
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff to enhance their development.
- Carry out duties delegated by the Director of Nursing, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records and participate in ongoing improvement of nursing practices within the facility.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months' experience in General Nursing.
- Qualifications: Active Nurse PIN.
- Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and compassionate approach to patient care.
