Human Resources Administrator Role

The organization seeks a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to support the client, a Top-Tier Law Firm in Dublin. This exciting opportunity involves managing the administration for their Trainee and Intern Programmes.

  • This includes providing administrative support for the day-to-day running of the firm's graduate programmes.
  • Assisting with group inductions and training sessions.
  • Drafting and issuing contracts.
  • Supporting the preparation for internal/external events.
  • Serving as the liaison with career services and student societies in relevant universities.
  • Assisting with preparing documentation for internal meetings.
  • Drafting sponsorship agreements for relevant universities.
  • Managing the social media plan with innovative content for their platforms.
  • Collaborating with the wider Marketing team to bring new ideas.
  • Setting up new starters and leaver workflows on the HR system.
  • Managing queries from trainees, graduates, and interns.
  • Responding to phone call queries and managing the graduate recruitment inbox.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working within a Graduate Recruitment role, preferably in professional services.
  • A strong ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A keen interest and literacy in IT.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A good initiative and can-do attitude.
