Lawyer Advocate

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work as a Defence Litigation Lawyer for a well-respected law firm in Belfast.

• Manage and assist with a diverse caseload of both pre-litigation and litigated work, including cases with disputed liability.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members as required.
• Support business development initiatives within the team, such as attending client events and providing training.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the firm's procedures and strategies.
• Enhance technical knowledge by attending training sessions and reading relevant publications.
• Handle confidential information in compliance with data security protocols.

• A Solicitor with strong experience in employers' liability, public liability, or disease claims, particularly in Northern Ireland.
• Demonstrates a commercial approach to legal matters with an emphasis on quality service delivery.
• A confident communicator, capable of conveying ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A detail-oriented individual capable of producing high-quality work.
• Able to work independently, but also willing to collaborate and learn from team members.
