About the Role:
The Project Director will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting. This includes developing technical and business process solutions to complex problems, executing milestone-based program planning, and understanding agile concepts. The role requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead teams through team building, mentorship, and cross-functional team leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, or computer science).
* MBA or other advanced business/technical/management degree preferred.
* Minimum 12+ years of experience in successfully leading complex, multiyear new product development programs delivered through successful cross-functional teams based in a matrix organization.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound business decisions.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
* Strong understanding of cross-functional teams and the ability to lead teams through team building, mentorship, and cross-functional team leadership.
