Strategic Asset Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume responsibility for leading the Property and Asset Function of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct a team of professionals and oversee the implementation of an effective asset management strategy.
- Identify, appoint, and oversee contractors for various types of maintenance, ensuring efficient day-to-day management and delivery of asset management services.
- Provide high-level oversight on matters relating to asset management, including compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, financial planning, and reporting.
- Offer technical expertise in property-related matters across the organization.
