Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team at the Clayton Hotel Galway. As an integral part of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall running of the kitchen.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team, where you will take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards. You will follow the example set by the Head Chef, adhering to HACCP regulations at all times.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
  • Taking direction from department managers and assisting in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
  • FOLLOWING THE TALENTED HEAD CHEF'S EXAMPLE OF EXCELLENCE AND EFFICIENCY.
  • Adhering to HACCP regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
  • PASSION FOR AND GENUINE INTEREST IN FOOD.
  • Mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
